Our Cape Town Day Tours - Private With English Speaking Driver / Guide
Notes:
- We carry R50,000.000.00 Passenger Liability on our vehicles
- All vehicles carry a valid Operating Licence issued by the Department of Transport
- All guides are registered
- An airport or station transfer together with a half day tour is considered as 9 Hours
- A full day tour with dinner is considered as 12 Hours
- Driver/guide meal allowance has been factored into the private local day tour rates (not on overland rates)
- Table Mountain is closed for the annual cable car maintenance late July to early August each year – we will advise as soon as we have the 2020 dates – as an alternate over this period we will visit Signal Hill for a panoramic view over the City
- The City & Table Mountain Tour – Please note this tour will not include a stop for a Table Mountain excursion during the period 20 December – 5 January, this due to extreme congestion (waiting time for the cable car can be up to 3 hours per-way). Clients can be dropped off at the Lower Cable Car station or at the MyCity complimentary bus stop and make their own way back to their Hotel once back down off the mountain.
- Any services booked on Xmas Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday and Monday a surcharge on the guide fee will apply: 5 hours/R800.00 – 7 Hours/R900.00 -9 hours/R1200.00 – 12 Hours and overland R1400.00
- Other high demand Cape Town periods which result in road closures and extreme congestion
